This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. Petitioner has challenged order dated 26.11.2021 whereby his application has been dismissed, while permitting him to take assistance of other Government employee to assist him as per applicable Rules. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise all the pleas available to him on merits before the Inquiry Officer.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
