The petitioners have nominated Mr. Justice Rajive Bhalla, a former Judge of this Court, as their arbitrator.

Mr. Suri, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the respondents are willing to have Mr. Justice Rajive Bhalla as the sole arbitrator in the matter. The petitioners are also agreeable to the same. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by confirming the appointment of Mr. Justice Rajive Bhalla, a former Judge of this Court, as the sole arbitrator.
