In compliance of the order dated 08.01.2024, respondents No. 4 & 5 are present in Court and have submitted that they have neither threatened the petitioner No. 1 to get married to her brother in law nor will do so ever. More so, they will not force her to get married to anybody against her wish and shall ensure her well being at least till she attains the age of majority.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-SHO, Police Station Indri, District Karnal to get the statements of all the parties recorded and ensures that no untoward incident takes place.

It would be open to respondents No. 4 & 5 also to make appropriate statements qua petitioner No. 2 before respondent No. 3-SHO, as the present case seems to be of adolescence love. PARUL 2024.01.19 12:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
