Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate, for the respondents. **** S.J.VAZIFDAR, CHIEF JUSTICE (ORAL) This is a petition under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. The parties had entered into an agreement and clause 10 whereof contains an arbitration clause. It is agreed that the petition be disposed of by directing the Managing Director of respondent No.1 to appoint an arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Act as amended. The Managing Director shall make the appointment latest by 30.04.2017 and intimate the same to the petitioners in writing. 24.03.2017
