(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to release or produce the detenue detailed in para 3 of the petitioner, who are in the illegal custody of respondent Nos.4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has also made a representation 01.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) to the Deputy Commissioner, Ambala (Haryana), but no action has been taken so far. The present petition is disposed of with the direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Ambala (Haryana) to decide the representation dated 01.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
