CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA Present:- Mr. Prince Goyal, Advocate for petitioner.

Ms. Guramrit Kaur, DAG Punjab.

Mr. Kshitiz Goel, Advocate for respondents No.2 and 3. ***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for quashing of an order dated 23.03.2013 (Annexure P11), whereby learnedtrial Court declared the petitioner as 'proclaimed offender/ absconder' in FIR No.41 dated 08.06.2011, registered under Sections 420, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.

Short reply dated 22.03.2023 of respondents No.2 and 3 has been filed. Along with reply, an order dated 18.11.2014 (Annexure R-2/4) is appended which reflects that same very order dated 23.03.2013 (impugned herein) declaring petitioner as proclaimed offender in FIR No.41 dated 08.06.2011 was earlier challenged by way of CRM-M-24555-2014 and the same petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 18.11.2014.
