Mr. Sahil Khunger, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, including the writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Advertisement No.NAM/NNL/2020/1462 dated 03.12.2020 (P-3) and advertisement dated 22.12.2020 (P-4), whereby various posts have been advertised without any prior intimation/consent of the petitioner, who is a member of the Governing Body of the District AYUSH Society, Mahendergarh at Narnaul, Haryana.
