The petitioners seek grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No.159, dated 3.6.2020, Police Station Salem Tabri, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, under Sections 341, 379-B(2), 411 read with Section 34 IPC.

It has been submitted that the FIR came to be lodged under some misunderstanding which has now been resolved amognst the parties MOHAN SINGH 2021.01.18 18:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
- 2 - CRM-M-368-2021 (O&M) who have entered into a compromise and in fact a petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise has already been filed in this Court. It has further been submitted that pursuant to order dated 9.12.2020 passed in the said quashing petition i.e. CRMM-41211-2020 the parties have also got their statements recorded before the Chief Judicial Magistrate to the effect that they have compromised the matter.

Learned State counsel has not disputed the fact that a petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise has been filed. 4.
In view of the aforestated position wherein the parties are stated to have amicably resolved their issues, the petition is accepted and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
