Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram in Criminal Complaint No. NACT NO.80 of 2022 dated 03.01.2022, titled Munni Devi vs. M/s NKD Sintered Products Private Limited and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

When this Court showed its disinclination to interfere, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy as available in law. 3.
