CRM-M-29-2021 (O&M) 1.

The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No. No. 177, dated 23.11.2020, Police Station Jhansa, District Kurukshetra, under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC, wherein the complainant alleged that the petitioner had misappropriated an amount of `1,20,000/- which had been given to the petitioner towards LIC premium.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties and a compromise dated 20.1.2021 (Annexure PX-1) has been entered into amongst the parties.

At this stage Ms. Rabani Attri and Mr. Dharambir Bhargav, Advocates, put in appearance on behalf of the 8 complainants. 4.

Both the aforesaid counsel representing the 8 complainants have submitted that they have no objection for grant of bail to the petitioner in view of the compromise reached at amongst them. 5.

In view of the aforestated position where the matter is stated to have been amicably resolved, the petition is accepted and it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
