CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA Present :

Mr. S. K. Bawa, Advocate, For the petitioner.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Addl. AG, Haryana.

ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of transfer order dated 13.12.2019 (Annexure P-7).

2.

Learned counsel inter alia argues that impugned transfer order is contrary to the transfer policy as three separate transfer orders of even date were passed involving the petitioner. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and opposes issuance of notice of motion.

4.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

5.

discretion of the employer based on the administrative exigencies. Not doing or doing so is not a punishment, but an integral part of service conditions.

5.

Even otherwise, the petitioner had already joined at the new place of posting pursuant to impugned transfer order and has been posted there ever since for over more than two years. 6.

No grounds to interfere are made out.

7.

Dismissed.
