On the asking of the Court, Mr. Amandeep Singh Gill, Sr. DAG, accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab and on instructions from ASI Karamjit Singh made statement to the effect that the petitioners are not required by the police at this stage in criminal case having FIR No.54 5.5.2021 and Sections 22 of NDPS Act; Sections 188, 269, 270 IPC; Section 51 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 3 Epidemic Diseases Act, GAURAV SOROT 2022.01.10 15:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
( 2 ) CRM-M-666-2022 1897 registered at Police Station City Balachaur, in which challan has already been presented in the Court concerned on 24.11.2021 against Kulwinder Singh and Harjit Singh.
On this, the counsel for the petitioners has made statement that he does not press this petition at this stage on the basis of aforesaid statement made by the State counsel.
Accordingly, present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being not pressed at this stage.
