**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2020. As per report of Mediator dated 15.11.2022, the matter has been amicably settled and a compromise has been arrived at between the parties without any pressure, coercion or undue influence.

The terms and conditions of the compromise have been reduced into writing and both the parties have signed the same as a token of confirmation. The Mediator has also signed the compromise.
