The petition is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 149, dated 11th October, 2020 under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur.

Mr. Vipul Jindal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since three months and FSL report is yet to be received.
