The present is a fully burnt case and there is no record available pertaining to the present case. The Registry has not been able to reconstruct the file despite best efforts.

Vide order dated 21.11.2023, learned State counsel had sought time to trace the paper-book in their office and to re-construct the file. However, today, learned State counsel submits that file of the present case has not been traced.

In view of the above, there is no possibility of re-construction of the file of the present case.

IOIN stands disposed off.

In view of the fact that despite best efforts the file could not be re-constructed and even learned State counsel has expressed his inability to assist the Court in re-construction of the file of the present case since his file is not traceable, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 7.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
