The learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by the official concerned, submits that since the instant writ lands are completely covered by a decision made by this Court, on 30.5.2023, upon CWP-12140-2023 along with connected therewith writ petitions. Therefore, he submits, that the order passed on the writ petition (supra), be also passed in the instant writ petition.

Consequently, the apposite operative portions thereof, as embodied in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8, paras whereof are extracted hereinafter, are also passed, and, made in the instant writ petition. "6.

Considering the above factual aspects, it would be appropriate to issue a direction to the statutory Appellate Authority to decide the statutory appeal(s) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned, by passing a speaking order.
