**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The present petition was filed on 10.03.2016. Notice of motion was issued on 01.04.2016. Till date, service has not been effected upon the respondents. Dasti process issued to the petitioner for service of the respondents has also remained unserved.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from his client, rather his client has not come forward to serve the respondents by means of dasti process.

Vide order dated 19.05.2022 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.5306 of 2022, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed that all pending applications under Section 11(5) and PRINCE SAINI 2022.10.28 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

ARB No.59 of 2016(O&M) 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any other application either for substitution of arbitrator or change of arbitrator, which are pending for more than one year from the date of filing must be decided within six months from 19.05.2022.

In view of aforesaid, this Court has no other alternative, but to dismiss this petition for want of prosecution. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
