Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned orders dated 12.12.2019 (P8) & 23.12.2019 (P-11), whereby petitioner was transferred from Government Senior Secondary School, Pasla, District Jalandhar to Jagdev Kalan, District Amritsar.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that present petition be disposed off with liberty to raise his grievance before the competent authority.

Disposed off accordingly.

It is made clear that in case petitioner makes a request within a week from today, same shall be considered sympathetically within next three weeks by the quarter concerned.
