Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bahadur Singh submits that cancellation report in this case has already been presented, which is pending consideration for 16.04.2024 before the Court of Illaqa Magistrate. 3.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to file the same afresh is need so arises.
