**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, especially in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents No.1 to 6 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.7 and 8 in respect of their endeavour to repossess the vehicle with the recovery agents. Notice of motion was issued on 07.01.2020 by passing the following order:- "

 In compliance of the aforesaid order, an amount of Rs.1 lac has been deposited by the petitioner. Possession of the vehicle has been restored to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents No.7 and 8 has admitted that an amount of Rs.1 lac has already been received by respondents No.7 and 8 and the petitioner is making regular payments of remaining installments. He has no objection in case, this writ petition is disposed of as such, with a direction to

the petitioner to make payments of remaining monthly installments regularly.

In view of above, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition at this stage, as the matter has been amicably resolved. Petitioner shall make regular payments of balance installments as per terms of the agreement. Disposed of.
