Disputes and differences have arisen between the parties. The contentions on merits raised by the respondent would be the subject matter of the arbitration proceedings. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by appointing Mr. Justice Kuldip Singh, a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, as the sole arbitrator.
