Mr. Navdeep Singh, DAG, Punjab.
***** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) 1.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the instant petition was filed way back in the year 2022 and since then, either the case has been adjourned repeatedly on account of request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner or none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
In the circumstances, yet again, last opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make his submissions else the present petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Adjourned to 30.08.2024.
