Versus
Vinod Malik and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mahesh Grover.
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.
Present:

Mr. Gunjan Mehta, Advocate for respondent No.1.
Mahesh Grover, J.
The instant appeal, which is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 3.3.2016, in exercise of the contempt jurisdiction holding the appellant guilty of contempt of Court, has largely been rendered infructuous on account of the appellant's subsequent action in removing the violations to bring the building in conformity with the building plans. We construe this action of the appellant as a purge of the contempt and therefore, while disposing of the appeal as having become infructuous, discharge the Rule against the appellant.
