 This appeal is premature.

The appellant has challenged an order dated 12.08.2014 passed by learned Company Judge admitting the petition and ordering the same to be published. The order was passed in the absence of the counsel for the respondent to the company petition i.e. the appellant before us. The appellant filed an application for recalling the order in which an interim order staying the publication has been granted. That application itself is pending before the learned Company Judge. There is no warrant, therefore, for entertaining a challenge to the order dated 12.08.2014 at this stage.
