ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) On 16.05.2022, with the intervention of the learned counsel representing the parties, the appellants and the respondents entered into a settlement. The statement to that effect was recorded in the Court. Pursuant to the aforesaid settlement, Sh. Brij Mohan Khanna has already paid an amount of Rs.21,00,74,492/-. Today, a memorandum of the family settlement has been filed which is stated to have been signed by all the parties and also by an Advocate as a witness. The same is taken on record as Mark C-1.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the Company Appeal is disposed of. The settlement would form a part of the order of the Court. It MOHD AYUB 2022.07.26 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document.

CAPP-20-2016(O&M) -2has been agreed that all the parties shall withdraw the pending litigations, if any, against each other.
