The respondents have filed an affidavit in reply Annexure R-1 whereof is an award that has already been passed in the matter on 26.07.2017.

In these circumstances, the present petition cannot be entertained at least at this stage and so long as the award remains.

The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to adopt fresh proceedings in the event of there being any change in circumstances.
