(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now, the petitioner is working as a clerk with the respondents, hence, he might not be prejudiced by up-gradation of the post of Personal Assistant to that of Private Secretary, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same on the same cause of action, in case, when the chance of the petitioner comes for the promotion to the post of Personal Assistant any grievance subsist in this regard.
