HARKESH MANUJA, J (ORAL) Instant petition has been preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to the official respondents for staying the demolition of the ground floor of the building during the pendency of the application for restoration of the third party objections, which was dismissed in default on 14.11.2024.

At the very outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for claiming the relief.
