Present revision petition pertains to the year 1992. Vide order dated 15.03.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, the petitioner remains unserved with the report that he was not found residing at the given address. The respondents also remain unserved with the report that they left the given address/not residing. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that they have no instructions in the matter. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
