**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Perusal of order dated 17.05.2019 and 13.03.2020 would show that the case was adjourned on the basis of written request circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. Last opportunity was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to address arguments. Thereafter the case was listed after a period of two years on 07.09.2022 and following order was passed by this Court:- "In view of order dated 19.05.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, this category of cases are required to be decided within a period of six months. ARB No.60 of 2018 (O&M) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks a week's adjournment in order to have final instructions.

Adjourned to 14.09.2022.

It is made clear that no request for further adjournment shall be entertained in any eventuality." On 14.09.2022, the turn of the case did not reach and the case was adjourned for today.

Today, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has no instructions to address arguments.

In view of order dated 19.05.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP (Civil) No.5306 of 2022, this case has to be decided within six months.

Since learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready with the arguments, therefore, this Court has no alternative but to dismiss this case for want of prosecution. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
