This is an application under section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner had already appointed an arbitrator. The respondents have no objection to the appointment of an arbitrator on their behalf.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by appointing Mr. Justice T.S.Thakur, former Chief Justice of India, as an arbitrator on behalf of the respondents. The learned arbitrators shall proceed with the arbitration after appointing the presiding arbitrator.
