Reply dated 22.03.2023, filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Preet Pal, Assistant Commissioner of Police Crime-I, Gurugram, on behalf of respondent-State, is also taken on record. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to approach the Sessions Court by filing a fresh application for grant of bail to the petitioner, under the changed circumstances.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
