 This is an application under section 11(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. 2.

The petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties by the following order:= Mr. B.L.Singhal, Additional District & Sessions Judge (Retd.) Haryana is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. It is agreed that the arbitration proceedings shall be held at Gurgaon. The fees shall be as per the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre (CAC) (Administrative Cost and Arbitrator's Fees) Rules, 2014.
