(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the proceedings pending before respondent No.3 for sanctioning mutation of 997 for Village Daroli, Tehsil and District Patiala. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies as available to them in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
