The present is a fully burnt case. As per the office report the paperbook has not been reconstructed despite best efforts by the Registry. A perusal of the papers put up by the Registry shows nothing to discern about the particulars of the parties. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent also states that he does not have the paperbook.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
