Present revision petition pertains to the year 1994. On 08.05.2024, since counsel for the parties had pleaded no instructions in the matter, fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, both the petitioners have since died and the respondent remains unserved due to incorrect address.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
