The petitioners have invoked Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for not implementing the order dated 30.08.2011 passed in CWP No.2895-CAT of 2006.

The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with a direction to frame a scheme of regularization, keeping in view the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and others vs. Uma Devi and others, (2006) 4 SCC 1 and to pass orders of regularization of service of the petitioners therein, if they are found suitable, within a period of three months.

The respondents have placed on record the regularization policy, along with the application bearing CM No.19301-CII of 2015, in

b) They must fulfill the required qualification for the post to which they are being regularized.

c) Their age as on date of joining should be within the permissible limit as required for recruitment to the post they are claiming for regularization. Relaxation will be given as per Court's order dated 30.08.2011.

d) They must qualify the skill test (Stenography Test @ English/Hindi) as per Income Tax Department Stenographer Grade II (Earlier Grade-III (Group `C') Recruitment Rules, 2010.

e) They must submit the relevant documents regarding Educational Qualification, Date of Birth, Caste Certificate (if applicable).

f) They will be on probation for a period of two years, which may be extended further, if considered necessary."

Vide short affidavit dated 27.05.2015, orders passed in regard to regularization of service of the petitioners on 23.05.2015 on the basis of aforesaid unchallenged policy have also been placed on record. Thus, in view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged.
