Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.104 dated 25.10.2023 registered under Sections 379-B, 353, 186 IPC at Police Station Gardhiwala, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satpal Singh of Police Station Gardhiwala, Distt. Hoshiarpur submits that in compliance of order 08.01.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
