Ms. Harpreet Kaur, Advocate for the complainant. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel has submitted that he has received definite instructions to the effect that the police, upon investigating the case, has presented a cancellation report in the Court of learned Illaqa Magistrate on 30.11.2021 and that the same is still pending. In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition filed under provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such. It is, however, directed that in case the petitioner is ever required to be arrested again, he shall be afforded two weeks prior written notice before effecting his arrest.
