This is a petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings for alleged violation of undertaking given by respondent before the Additional District Judge, Sangrur on 18.02.2013. Admittedly, the undertaking was furnished before the court at Sangrur. It is inexplicable why contempt jurisdiction of this court has been invoked. Petitioner has appropriate remedy to pursue his case. This petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
