***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and to apply for grant of regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall advice his client to surrender before the trial Court today itself as the matter is fixed before the trial Court for today.
