(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.47 dated 29.3.2020 registered under Sections 323, 341, 353, 186, 188, 506, 148, 149, at Police Station Tapa Mandi, District Barnala. On the last date of hearing detailed order was passed by this Court whereby the petitioner was granted interim bail with direction to join investigation with the police.

( 2 ) CRM-M-464-2023 Today the counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that only simple injuries have been attributed to the petitioner who at the time of alleged occurrence was empty handed and that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.
State counsel on instructions from ASI Bhola Singh submits that the petitioner who has joined investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 9.1.2023 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
