Learned counsel for the appellant-revenue submitted that a common order had been passed by the Tribunal in respect of the two appeals. It was submitted that one appeal bearing CEA No. 57 of 2015, which filed before this Court was decided on 29th February, 2016 and the matter has been remanded back to the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (in short 'the Tribunal').

Mr. Amar Pratap Singh, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and very fairly accepted that the present appeal is covered by the decision of this Court rendered in CEA No. 57 of 2015, titled as 'Commissioner of Central Excise, Delhi-III Vs. M/s Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.', decided on 29th February, 2016.
