       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.360 dated 21.10.2021, registered under Sections 323, 341, 148, 149, 506 and 379-B IPC, at Police Station City Kharar, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Vide order dated 07.01.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Lakhwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
