MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J. (Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the revisionists-petitioners/landlords/Decree-Holders (here-in-after to be referred as 'the Decree-Holders') have laid challenge to the orders Annexures P-1 and P-2, as passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandigarh (for short, 'the Executing Court') on 22.12.2023 and 16.12.2023 respectively, whereby Execution Petition No.631 of 2017 titled as "Madhu Kalra and another Versus Heera Negi and another" has been adjourned for granting opportunities to the respondents-tenants/ Judgement-Debtors to file reply to applications Annexure P-5 (Colly) moved by them (Decree-Holders) for seeking issuance of the warrant of possession and for the disbursal of the amount of mesne-profits as well and they (Decree-Holders) have also prayed for issuance of the direction to the YAG DUTT 2024.01.08 18.44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement

However, at this stage, learned counsel for the revisionistspetitioners/Decree-Holders restricts his prayer to the issuance of direction to the Executing Court to decide both the afore-mentioned applications at the earliest possible.

Keeping in view the above-discussed limited prayer as made by learned counsel for the Decree-Holders and also the fact that the aforesaid Execution Petition is pending adjudication since the year 2017 and without commenting or expressing any opinion on the merits of the abovementioned applications or the main Execution Petition, the revisionpetition in hand is, hereby, disposed of with a direction to the concerned Executing Court to decide both the afore-referred applications i.e Annexure P-5 (Colly), as expeditiously as possible.
