While issuing notice of motion on 07.01.2022, the following order was passed:- "Taken up in virtual mode.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner-wife would have to travel a distance of about 84 kilometres (one way) from her place of residence in Kapurthala in order to attend to the proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Moga bearing case No.HMA-707/2021 and, hence, she would not be able to properly defend her case on each and every date of hearing. It is further contended that petitioner also has to look after her two minor children and one complaint filed by the petitioner before the Senior Superintendent of Police bearing Complaint No.2802-PC dated 21.09.2021 is already pending at Kapurthala. Notice of motion returnable 28.01.2022.

TA-3-2022 (O&M) The facts noticed in the order dated 07.01.2022 remain uncontroverted. Hence, the application is allowed. The proceedings of the case bearing No.HMA-707/2021 (Jaspreet Singh vs. Manpreet Kaur) pending in the Family Court, Moga, is ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kapurthala.
The transferor Court is requested to remit the case file to the transferee Court forthwith.
The parties through their counsel are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 07.03.2022.
