The petitioner prays for the issuance of the writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 30.12.2022 transferring him from Amritsar to Tarn Taran as the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development). The petitioner claims that he will be attaining the age of superannuation on 30.09.2023. He has also disclosed the reasons for filing the writ petition.

Mr. R.K.Kapoor, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, submits that the petitioner be directed to make a representation to the Competent Authority who will consider it sympathetically. 3.
