ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The case file was burnt in a fire incident which took place in January 2011. Thereafter, letters have been sent to the counsel for the parties for reconstruction of the case file since no paper-book is available with the Registry. However, neither the paper-book has been supplied by the counsel nor any intimation has been given by them qua the status of the present revision petition. As per the office report, the present revision petition was adjourned sine die to await the decision of SLP (C) No.18140 of 2005. The said SLP, as per the website of the Supreme Court, also stands dismissed vide order dated 10.04.2013. Since 2013, no application for listing of the main case has been filed. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
