It is alleged that the Registering Authority/Sub Registrar, Raipur Rani is committing contempt of Court as directions contained in the judgment and decree dated 5.3.2013 as also the directions passed by the Executing Court are not being complied with.

At the time of hearing, realizing that the appropriate remedy for enforcing such a decree and taking action for its violation lies under Order 21 Rule 23 CPC, counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition to enable his client to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
