RAJESH BINDAL, J Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file application in the earlier contempt, which was disposed of with direction to the respondent to complete the process of removal of encroachments and submit report in this regard. The contention is that the encroachments have not been removed and even further construction is being raised.
